Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

For domestic (U.S.) orders, returns are free of charge. A return label will be provided once your return request is approved.

 

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any customs charges are non-refundable. Any duties or taxes incurred on returned international shipments may be deducted from the refund.

 

To initiate a return, log into your account and select “Request return,” or email info@article-x.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a follow-up email with return instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected. Please allow several business days for processing after your return is delivered.
