U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 are charged a flat $7.95 standard shipping rate.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within 3–6 business days. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International customers may choose between USPS and UPS at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. ARTICLE X is not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. ARTICLE X is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

ARTICLE X is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need additional assistance, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
